Emergency Essentials - double-charged us

They double-charged us for an item and won't respond to our emails/calls. Our credit card company won't issue a refund without a response from them, so we are stuck. What can we do? We shouldn't have ever used or Their products are also a bit sub-par, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, that's not 100% the case here... Hopefully this review will at least prevent this from happening to more people. If anyone has any suggestions on how to reach them and get this corrected, please respond to this post.
