4/23/21 placed an order for 2 chairs for $842.50. English Elm took the order as if the chairs ordered were in stock ready for shipment. After the order went through and funds were received by English Elm I received an email stating there would be a delay in my order....

Litfad - Non-receipt of merchandise

Order placed for lighting back in February 2021. Shipments are cargo shipped. No merchandise in 59 days. Items could have been put in a row boat and rowed here faster. Company refuses to air ship my order or cancel and provide a refund. I have emailed them countless times and no solution. Some customers have waited 4 months only to receive faulty items. Then customer must return to China at their expense. Credit received is 5%. This is as crooked as I don't know what. They do not care . My advice never buy from them. If we as consumers stop trade with China we might be treated like humans. I have items sent to me from Europe minus any issues. LitFad either conduct business properly or close your doors.

Edgepark Medical Supplies - UNABLE TO GET ORDER FILLED

I am a "permanent:" Colostomy patient. It is mandatory that I have ALL my supplies for a 90 day period of time that I am entitled to according to my medical insurance. "Permanent" means just that. It is now October 16, 2020 and my supplies that were due to ship on October 8, 2020 have not shipped. Edgepark claims my order cannot be shipped until my physician provides "clinical notes". Every order Edgepark has some demands of my physician. The time goes by with me not having my supplies. The end result is I must then pay for the supplies via cash from other sources. I have yet to receive an entire order for my supplies since being a customer in early July 2020. My Account in Edgepark's system shows currently that I am not due supplies until January 2021. I have not received any supplies since July 2020. This means for the next months I will have to buy the supplies when they are covered by insurance. Additionally, the constant interrogation of my physician is unnecessary. I know of no physician that has the time to answer these questions that are sent over and over again. If I fail to change my Colostomy flange and pouch every 2 days as instructed I face getting infections. It sounds simple to change suppliers however there are not that many suppliers that carry Colostomy supplies covered by insurance and in the brands I need. Countless unnecessary letters; e-mails; phone calls have been sent or made to this company. This gets me no where. I have been very fortunate in that I have not had a return trip to the hospital in my situation with the lack of supplies and the unnecessary stress and anguish I have been under from this company. A permanent situation does not go away. The proper supplies are needed to ensure I am complying with my surgeon's instructions. Why is a company like this in business to cause a patient stress? Simply fill the orders as submitted by the physician minus the delays. Delays that result in no supplies at all. I am pissed.

Your problem is with the insurance company Obviously you did not read the evidence of coverage or summary of benefits regarding your plan the insurance does have the right to request for additional information when processing a claim this is for your protection this is called a Medical reason for the supplies to be covered Edgepark has the information documented in your profile when you sign in to place the order

Your problem is with the insurance company. Obviously, the insurance company specifically requires confirmation from your doctor for each and every purchase they pay for.

You're blaming the wrong company.

So, either get better insurance, or be sure that you call your doctor every month so there's no more delays, waiting for the doctor's confirmation notes that your insurance company requires for your supplies to be covered; So, you don't have to pay out-of-pocket for stuff that would otherwise be covered by insurance. Take care.

Edgepark Medical Supplies - REFUSAL BY THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES TO ATTACH AND REMOVE AN COLOSTOMY FLANGE/POUCH

I had an emergency Colostomy in 11/18. It was a life-saving surgery performed several hours before I was expected to die. My surgeon released me from his care after 2 post-op visits. I was left to become my own wound care nurse. My stoma developed a hernia underneath it. My stoma became prolapsed. No flange would stay adhere to me, The flange would simply fall off. If any one reading this knows what a Colostomy is done for then you know what I was left to clean up. After this occurred numerous times I realized I had to figure out a way to get the flange to stay adhered me. I will add that I have allergies to most adhesives. My skin is very thin. The flange was also causing me to suffer rashes; itching; bleeding; oozing and thinning of my skin. I was awake 24/7 monitoring the situation and suffering from the pain and discomfort from the skin damage. I started researching online and discovered that I was not alone. That the skin problems were very common. Some people who also had allergies resorted to taping on the flange with a tape compatible with their skin. They also used specific products to bypass the adhesives. They used bonding cement and Tincture of Benzoin together. The result was a flange that would stay In place and the person could resume their life. I tried this approach myself. I have had great success with the technique. No more leaks or flanges that fell off. The process however came at great expense to me. Around $265.00 monthly. After paying over $5K for the supplies I felt my insurance could cover these supplies. My initial medical supplier could not provide the items needed. They stated the insurance would not cover the supplies. Colostomy items are considered Prosthetic Devices. My Colostomy is permanent. I changed medical suppliers to Edgepark that promised they could in fact fill my orders as needed. It has been since early July 2020 and I have not received an entire order yet of supplies. Instead they are interrogating me and my PCP. It is a game of continual forms to fill out. Does one have to go into Superior Court to get a ruling on this? That may be the next step to end the drama. I am a patient who is critically ill. I need specific items due to allergies to keep a device adhered to me for the purpose of catching waste. NO ONE ON EARTH DESERVES THIS TREATMENT!!!

Assurance Wireless - AVOID AT ALL COST

I am an Assurance Wireless customer. Or shall I say I have a phone and phone number but a useless phone. The phone I have been issued I cannot answer incoming calls. I tried to exchange the phone with the company and was even told an order was processed for a return but 17 days later no phone has arrived; nor is a phone coming. The company has a 90 day return policy; beyond that you are asked to buy one of their phones. As a CA Lifeline Customer this is a joke and an insult to me. If the company issued decent phones from the start that worked the need to exchange a phone would not be necessary. I am elderly and disabled and have medical needs for a phone. This is a real insult.
