Verizon - Choose another carrier!

Horrible customer service. They have promised to come to my 90-year-old fathers home in a service call on for separate occasions, giving a four-hour window (E.g., 8:00 AM - noon) for each call. Although they confirmed the evening before each time, they failed to show up for each of the appointments. Following each disappointment, my father called While a technician kept him on the line for an hour, ostensibly working through the issue. But this too was of no avail. No accountability, no professionalism. Service is off-the-charts BAD.
