Lens.com does not care about their customers

Lens.com has been a nightmare to deal with. I asked them how can I modify my credit card information on the account as there is no way to do it through their website, they e-mailed that they deleted it. However, the information is still there. Also, they e-mailed that they verified my prescription with my eye care doctor on Sunday. There is no one in that eye care office on Sunday. So, they could have not verified. Anyways, I am done with lens.com (after many years of business and my money spent to them). I now found a new online contact lenses provider, where I get free shipping and discount. So I have been using this new provider, my first order was deliver the same day and I saved 30 percent.

Brooks Brothers Misrepresents Information about their Products

Hi -- I lost trust in Brooks Brothers. I bought plenty in the past from them, until I found out that they present false information. On their website, one particular pair of shoes stated 'Made in Italy'. When I received the shipment of these shoes, it read ' Made in China'. It was hard to find, deeply tucked inside the shoe, took me some effort, but I did located it. When I wrote a review on these shoes, they e-mailed me that they will not post my review. So they only post the good for them/ happy reviews; very dishonest. Also, the quality of their products is not good. Since I have bought a lot of their merchandise in the past, I can tell it is not made out of good material and they might be misrepresenting what material they use just like they do misrepresent where it was made. I will not recommend Brooks Brothers.
