Now it's March 10th 2020 - still no response from this vendor since the issue was raised just after Christmas 2019. Is there anything the community of Pissed Consumer can do - other than completely avoid this business?

Also, I asked him to send me a photo of the contents, and it is very disappointing compared to what I expected when the order was placed. I attach the photo he sent of the entire contents, and of the delivery label. Do you have any comment. – this does not seem like $190.80 value? Regards
