Delta Airlines - Delta Airline

Left from SDF to MEM yesterday. Agent encouraged people to check in the bag because plane was small and the space was tight. I made the checked it in and it didn't arrive until late last night. Almost missed my connection in Atl because of unknown delay in SDF. So, no bag, no explanation and called the *** last night and was told the bag got in at 9:30 p.m. and no deliveres after 10. It's 11:26 a.m. and no one has called. The rep, Walida, said I'd just have to wait and there's no supervisor. I have meds I need and I have no clothes...Are they *** to tell me that there's a 6 hour window??? Still no call. I HATE DELTA...

Starbucks Louisville Airport

I just was at the counter and asked the barista if they had blueberry muffins. There were two people working and they said, sorry we are completely out. They has scones instead. I bought my coffee and walked around the corner and saw that had a big cart in an obvious location with blueberry muffins. Are they that freaking *** or lazy that they couldn't just set the muffins out and tell me that i"ll just be an moment; they were just delivered?? The cart looked pretty unsightly in the location as well...It had a lot of bagels and things that seemed to be disorganized.

Kudos to the posters that cleared this up. I would have assumed it was old stock, ready for the trash.

No matter what the case was, I knew that Starbucks employees were not conspiring to withhold blueberry muffins from consumers. I hope the OP comes back and reads the followup comments to his/her complaint.

the muffins on the cart are still frozen, dipwad

Thanks for the explanation. I was going to say the same thing.

If they were on a cart, they were frozen. Ideally the cart is out if customer sight, but some stores have limited space for thawing.

Pastries are pulled from the freezer to thaw for at least 12 hours before putting out for the next day.

I'm sorry if this upset you, as I work in a very small store that has thawing pastries in customer sight every day after about 7pm, and I know sometimes customers don't understand why we can't sell them. They are frozen.

Henrys Place. Bad food; poor service

We went to Henry's Place last night and had a really disappointing experience. The food was below average and the service, even worse. We were with two other couples and none of them were enthralled with their food either. They were out of lamb shank, butter scotch ice cream and the main course I ordered, a vietnamese shrimp dish was served with couscous. I'm not a chef, but that's a pretty dumb combination. My friend ordered the same and had the same feeling. The serving bowl was so deep and there was no way to get to the prawns of shrimp without splattering it on yourself. Our drinks came out late, then we waited for our water and our wine. The waiter was inattentive at best. Our bill was over $500 for six people. That's freaking a lot since we didn't order anything really fancy. I'd suggest saving your money.

I usually shop at the Korger's on Hubbard Lane in Louisville and find that their employees at the checkout are so freaking rude. I am not sure if it's because I am not white and look like all the other people, but they hardly ever greet me, make eye contact or make me...

Yes I agree Kroger hire nothing but rude associates. And it's the most popular grocery store in Louisville.

I bought my Reebock Topeups over two years ago and recently read an article about the false advertising and foot issues. I personally suffered from wearing these shoes and had a lot of pain in my foot from the imbalance and design of the shoe. I never received a letter about the recall, but read it in the paper while on vacation. I did not have the shoes with me to do anything about it. So, this time I bought the shoes home with me and logged onto the site to file a claim and got this *** message: You have missed the deadline. I didn't know that Reebock was so deceptive. So I am stuck with these shoes that I didn't wear and probably can't take back to the store. This case is known as In re Reebok EasyTone Litigation, Case No. 4:10-CV-11977-FDS. The Court in charge of this case and the related Schwartz case is the United District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The named people who sued are the Plaintiffs, and the company they sued, Reebok, is the Defendant. In a class action, one or more people, called Class Representatives (in this case, Sandra Altieri, Courtney Schwartz, and Cheryl Hardy), sue on behalf of people who have similar claims. All these people are a Class or are Class Members. One Court resolves the issues for all Class Members, except for those who exclude themselves from the Class.

Hertz & Hotwire suck

We rented a car thru Hotwire where they give you a good deal, but you don't know which company you get in the end. So, we get to the FLL airport and rent the car for the week. It's a red, new VW golf. The whole time we can't get the passenger side of the doors and unlocked which is a pain when you are trying to manage groceries in 94 degrees. Then, we are headed to the airport on Wed and as it turns out, the battery is dead (on a brandnew car)??? Total mileage on car at checkout was 8,657. After getting a contractor in the area to help jump start the car, we barely make it to FLL in time. On the way, I call the 1-800 number listed on the back of the Hertz insert card holder and it of course, no one answers on the first 4 tries. I finally get a message saying, please call your location...I google my location as we are minutes away and someone answers saying, sorry, we only take reservations. I ask for the manager and the girl transfers me to some other place and then I am disconnected from the call (and furious). We pull into the garage and I explain to the Latin gentleman that the car battery was dead and he says, please pay me 89.24.....I explained we did have problems, but he didn't care. He said go inside to the counter....well, now there are 5 minutes left before we can check in and not miss the flight. They charge us at the counter anyway and say, sorry. The computers aren't working so pls call the help line.. SO, NEVER again do I want to do business with Hertz, or book something thru Hotwire.

I guess I'm lucky, I was charged for 8x10 $12.50 + $1.99 shipping and handling, not so after submitting my payment I was charged $64.00. Yes they replied to my concerns, twice , both times with the same reply.

They are looking into it and I received a different reference number each time. Buyers Beware!

Welcome to the India Visa Center - Travisa Outsourcing

Spend money to get a new passport when my old one hadn't expired so Travisa Outsource could help with processing. Big, big, big mistake. These people were the most ignorant, unprofessional, outsourcing company ever. I hate outsourcing, but this took it to a new level. It's hard to talk to people reading from a script who don't have the decency to return phone calls. Also very interesting that they keep your passport for a LONG time so be sure you can part with it before you send it in. The supervisors are ALWAYS in meetings and never, ever, ever return a call. Of course, when you tweet something, the supervisor will write an essay about not knowing...blah. blah, blah. I lost my money, didn't get a visa because of some idiotic rule unexplained by the company...and let's see. I hate TRAVISA...My husband did get his visa right away because he is American by birth...Yipee. Such the honor.
