Booking - To get help when call

I try. To many time to get my confirmation number and PIN number to check my reservation June 16 / 19. Greek town Casino in Detroit. My email remove the information. Booking.com. Said no information on my reservation

They always say that especially if they owe you for the rewards. They have all your information saved though.

I booked a room on soneone else's phone and they say you can't refer yourself.

What the heck? They go in ther and switch emails and charge card numbers
