This person at rudelyn@***.com, has sent me out dead seeds, said they would send me out a replacement order, but never did. For the most part, they have ignored me and my other complaints to organizations, like the BBB. Do Not Trust! This person doesnt care about whatever issues that you could run into. I really wanted keep using this company, but the problems are just too much to deal with!

I have ordered 18 days ago few dresses from Rudelyn’s Sari Sari Store and despite many E-Mails I have sent there is no reply from this online store and i’m really angry because she asked me for $25 shipping fee due to her international shipping policy.

Wikiporno Website Review

This web site is full of pop-up ads, that claim our phone has a virus on it, then they want you to fownload a piece of Spyware. Every link that I tried on the web site, had these pop-ups. The pop-ups, will make noises, vibrate you phone and even lock your browser. All of which is illegal! Please look inti them and you will see what I mean.

its 2016 and the customer service is still awful! Indian guy spoke english but couldnt understand anything i was trying to tell him.

These people just dont grasp the language correctly.

Seriously stop the outsourcing for cheap overseas labor and hire americans. This is enough to make me switch carriers when my contract is up!

Apple's iPod Nano Has Been Nothing But Problems!!

I never owned an iPod before. So a little over a year ago I bought an iPod Nano because it had the 8GB's that I was looking for. The very first problem right out of the gate, every single one of my songs would not work on the Nano. I had to Re-Rip them from CD's and buy them. So that was hundreds of songs made useless within minutes. Secondly, I noticed that I could not just Drag-and-Drop files using "My Computer". I was FORCED to use the iTunes software. The bug ridden, giant in size, horrible iTunes software. So if I wanted to add a song from a friends house, I had to download the software and install in on that computer. And with the iTunes software, it has all kinds of backgrounds programs that just sit there using of resources and I have to use MSCONFIG to stop them from loading. After using the Nano for a while I have noticed the battery life is getting worse and worse. Which looking through the forums, is a very common problem with iPod's. So I looked into buying a replacement battery. Much to my horror, but not to my surprise, changing the battery is a nightmare! See your company doesn't use a standard hook and plug system like many other players out there. You solider the connectors to the board. And you use the smallest wires possible, making it next to impossible for the average person to change a battery on their own. I did read that Apple was sued for this practice, but I guess I bought my Nano too late. What makes the battery life worse is that the Nano, get this, it doesn't have an On/Off switch! You hold a button and the screen goes blank, but the player is still on and is still using battery power. Out of every electronic device ever created, how can Apple forget to add a simple On/Off switch? Why? Because they want the battery to burn out and for you to run out and drop another $200, $300, $400, ect on a new player! Apple also knows once you waste a few hundred dollars buying iTunes music, THAT CAN NOT BE PLAYED ON ANY OTHER PLAYER WITHOUT BEING MODIFIED, that you are now their slave for life! Apple owns you! On top of all of this my iPod's screen won't even turn off. I have to reset it to unlock it. And I can't stop a song from playing, because once I pause a file, I can only Play/Fast-Forward/Rewind it. The STOP option is gone. Every month brings a new set of problems. I have never had as many problems with anything else, like I have with this *** player. So now that my iPod is on deaths-door, I am writing this to inform Apple that I am 100% done buying iPods. And I know people are going to bash me, because once Apple controls a persons thoughts through their trendy devices, no one is allowed to bad mouth them. That is why if someone even says the iPhone is junk, they will receive hate mail. It is truly sad how easily a company can make a bottom-rung device, and the blind will follow that device into *** just so they can be part of the so-called COOL crowd!

You can buy songs from other music stores for ipods. I buy mine from amazon, the songs are generally cheaper and the amazon software will automatically put them in itunes for you. :zzz

I also have an ipod nano. I absolutely hate it.

The buttons never work correctly. Sure, it looks great, but the controls are awful and don't even respond 5% of the time.

You have to remember that a lot of the answers on Yahoo!Answers come from teenagers or college students...much of the advice is hearsay unless a nurse, doctor, or trained professional happens to stumble on the question.

EAS (Expungement Assistance Services) Rapid Process? 17 MONTHS LATER!!!!

Over a year ago I made an agreement with a company called EAS (Expungement Assistance Services) to have an arrest from when I was 19 years old, expunged from my record. EAS charged my $500 up front to start the process. I paid extra to get the process completed more quickly. I was told that the Rapid process would take a few months. It is now 17 months later and I have had to spend even more money on court fee's, mailing, ect. Since I first started dealing with EAS, I have been forced to speak to different people. It seems that many of their employees leave. Which doesn't instill trust in me. Each person makes a different claim, when I ask them something. But what can I do? I paid them, and now I'm stuck dealing with their lies. I called a few days ago asking for a partial refund of $200, which is the extra I paid for the Rapid Processing. The guy, RUDELY, said NO! He said that any problems that have come about are not EAS's problems and that they are exempt from these things. This entire attitude is a giant change from the nice, easy going attitude they used to get me to fork over my money. EAS is a SCAM! They will claim the world to you, but once they have your money, your stuck! The service they offer is called a "Money Pit." Which means you just throw money down a bottomless well. See, once you spend $500, you can't just wake away and EAS knows this! So month after month I have waited. I have had to pay fees for notarizing, fingerprints, certified letters, court fees, the cost has not stopped! For 17 months I have been the one dealing with the courts and lawyers. EAS filled out some paperwork and just moved on. I have been the one to carry this Expungement case on my shoulders. So I paid $500 for a company to help me out, and they spent maybe 1 day doing paperwork, and then left me to fend for myself. On top of the $500, I also paid EAS $9.95 a month for 4 months, for some credit reporting fee's. And since this 17 month ordeal is still not over yet, who knows how many more fee's I'm going to be stuck with! That is why I am filing this complaint. People should know what www.removeit.org,www.clearmyrecord.com, ect does. EAS offers their services through several web sites, but they are all EAS. If you think your going to spend a few hundred dollars and wait a few months, then magically your record will be expunged, Re-Think that! Your going to be like me, after 17 months of annoyances and hidden cost, stuck in a never ending paperwork ***. And the company EAS that you paid, will not have your back during these times. EAS is exempt from these things.... But now there is a complaint on file, so if EAS tries to scam me again, the World will see this and I will file charges with the BBB, the police, anyone and everyone.

Drilling would void my $700 Bed Liner warranty. I contacted the seller, but they didn't reply back. So I just left them NEUTRAL feedback. Not Negative, just NEUTRAL. The feedback just stated "Never Mention Drilling. I Can't Use The Gator Net. Will Void Bedliner Warranty." No mean or rude comments, just facts. A few days later they left me Neutral feedback as well. blaming me for the problem. Even though I lived up to my end of the deal. How hard would it have been to list "DRILLING NEEDED?" And how can I ask for help, when ROCKY MOUNTAIN WHEEL doesn't bother to return emails?These Dead-Beat Ebay sellers keep doing this to us honest customers! If we have a problem, then voice it through the Ebay Feedback process, and they don't like it; then they will just do the same back to us. Regardless of the fact that our part of the transaction were met. Now can understand if I went out of my way to lie, bash, and not even bother to pay for the item I won. Then Negative feedback is warranted. But just because I was mislead by an item description, then ignored when asking for help. How is this my fault? What right does the seller have to leave me poor feedback. I have contacted 5 of these buyers who were also left Uncalled-For feedback after they voiced their problems, and they said that ROCKY MOUNTAIN WHEEL refused to remove their feedback unless the buyers removed theirs. This is a warning to all of you. If you buy from ROCKY MOUNTAIN WHEEL, and they mislead or rip you off, expect a petty Negative feedback in return. Check out their feedback. They have received hundreds of Negative and Neutral Feedbacks, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE FEEDBACKS HAVE BEEN MET WITH A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN RETURN. How is this fair? IT'S NOT!! BUT HORRIBLE SELLERS LIKE ROCKY MOUNTAIN WHEEL DON'T HONOR THE RULES OF EBAY! Ebay was suppose to be in the works of preventing this, but so far no luck. So my perfect feedback is ruined, yet again. Now that sellers can't leave negative feedback, all the loonies out there will leave a negative for ANYTHING. I had some *** leave me a negative because he said I packaged my product TO WELL!!!

The guy was mad because he had to spend a little time to open a properly packaged item. Had his item been poorly packed and damaged in transit, would he have been happy??? Sellers deal with nut jobs everyday. Oh, not to mention the guy that tried to extort a partial refund for shipping or he'd leave a negative.

He just felt the shipping was too much, after he had read the auction terms and placed a winning bid!!! Now, we are at their mercy.

I once posted a neutral feedback for a seller who claimed that the item I bought had been stolen from his car. I'd made a good deal on a 14k gold watch.

He got sideways when I asked him to fax me a copy of the police report that he'd surely made, being that he said he had a bunch of watches stolen. Draw your own conclusions on the honesty of his excuse. He, in turn, left me bad feedback for leaving him neutral feedback.

My closing comment was "Ebay feedback system useless unless it's truthful". Enough said.

eBay - Was Sold Broken Sign, Ignored for almost a month, then Blackmailed!

I purchased a Neon sign from this seller "iLoveNeon" on Ebay. the sign first of all is junk. Very poorly built. The main problem is the sign arrived broken. I sent e-mail after e-mail; over 10 easily for days after the item arrived. They ignored me for weeks. So I left negative feedback for them and just ended it there. Today they called me out of the and told me they left me negative feedback and they would not remove it until I removed mine. They are blackmailing me after they ripped me off. I have been a user on ebay since 2001 and have had up until now 100% perfect feedback. Purchased from hundreds of sellers without a problem. Now these people are blackmailing me! So now because a company ripped me off; ignored me; then tried to blackmail me; I am left with a negative feedback. How is this fair? So I am filing this complaint, along with many, many more and even one with the BBB against these criminals. If you see them selling poorly made signs on their web site And/Or Ebay, JUST KEEP MOVING ON! These sellers will rip you off and then ignore you without a care in the world. They have received 3 neg feedback in the past week alone! I want my money back and the feedback they left for me in the hopes of blackmailing me removed! they stole from me then pull a mob move and tried and force me to lose out on 2 different fronts!
