Honda Of Covington just called to tell me they have changed their mind and are cutting me a check
Original review posted by user Jul 06, 2012Went to purchase car and had forgotten credit card,so told finance officer I would write check if he would hold it until I called to let him know I had transferred funds into my checking account. Check was chased before I called resulting in bank fee which dealership refuses to pay back to me. They also are lying about me telling them to hold check saying I told them 3 days I called Honda Of America which s aid they would help but have never gotten call back from them as promised You would think $108 refund to keep customer happy would be reasonable
