Nine Stars - Terrible customer service

I finally got a number to return the item. Unfortunately I have not heard if they got it and do not have a refund.

I probably will not get a refund. The customer service at this company it so bad.

I ordered a replacement lid for my trash can. It was the number on my lid but it is clearly the wrong lid. I have been trying for two weeks to get an RA number so I can return it. They do not answer my emails and when I call it go to voicemail and then nothing happens. Stay away from them.. If I do not get the number in 30 days I cannot get my money back. Terrible.Do not

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The package finally came. I would not recommend the company, but I am glad it came..

I ordered my bag on 6-2-2020. I received a tracking number that DHL says does not exist. I keep getting email that say it is coming but nothing ever comes. I noticed other people have had similar problems. This is a total rip off.

GardenHouseFlags - Rotten Customer Service

I ordered flags in May and it is now June 30th and my order is still not complete. The company only contacted me that one of the flags was on back order after I complained. Still haven't heard anymore and I asked them to refund my money and they would not. I hope no one ever orders from them and if you do be prepared to wait. I needed the flag that I still haven't gotten to mark a special anniversary. So much for that. Not sure how this company stays in business. I wouldn't ever order from them again.
