Erskine and Fleisher Law Offices - Erskine & Fleisher Law Offices Weston, FL

Updated by user Jan 25, 2013

I didn't pay them for 2 months and they just went in my account and took all my money, luckily it was just a side acct that had very little money in it. I guess in my agreement they are allowed to do that....?

I really don't understand it. I'm trying to request the entire agreement. This is from a credit card debt from many years ago. It went into collections then into the hands of Erskine and Fleischer...I believe I signed a contract with them about 6 years ago paying barely nothing...

It was the first time I had ever been "sued" and I was 24 at the time so I panic and just signed the agreement....looking back, that was a really bad move....

regretting every minute of it! My credit already took the hit, I technically paid for it with 7 years of bad credit....and I am still paying for it.

This firm has thee most rudest employees. What has happened to this world? They have a new automated payment line. So I call, I try to put in my information. Per their automated system I must put in my file# and my zip code that's on the letter I received for the debt. I tried 4x, all 4x I got disconnected for incorrect information. I called on the 5th and pressed 0 for an operator. The women who answered had an attitude from the start, stated I need to hang up and try again because their system was not faulty. I told her I tried 4x she said I did it wrong, I told her I didn't... then she looked up my info and behold... they had my zip code different in their system to what was on the letter they sent me. She said with a nasty attitude to go do it again with the right info as if this was my fault and hung up on me. This place is TERRIBLE!!!

I too paid this firm for years, then when I asked for a reduction of the payment amount because I was retiring and going on SS, the "rude" lady on the phone said there was no way the payment would be reduced. I couldn't pay the amount so I just stopped, they filed suit and got a judgement against me.

They did try to get into my bank account but couldn't touch my SS money.

I would like to try and pay this off and find out if they would settle for less than the stated amount of the judgement but don't want to deal with this terrible office. Anyone know if they have an email address?

I too spoke to the rude lady on the phone, she would not answer my questions and when I insisted on answers she just put me on hold. Erskine and Fleisher are not lawyers trying to help people, but in my opinion they are nothing more than loan sharks.
