The inside pipe they dug up, ten feet of jackhammers, exposed pipe was Not iron or clay, there where no roots in it nor was it attached to the main house plumbing. *** was Not spreading out the floor drain only the washer water. The roots and blockage was outside less than three feet from vent. Didn’t use a camera until after the floor was dug up. Then they tried to charge more for digging up outside like ripping me off for $7400.00 wasn’t bad enough. The plumber removed the floor drain without asking and told me they removed two traps leaving me with one. Next the salesperson came back and tried to claim I got a new trap and promised to put the floor drain back but not holding my breath. Don’t believe anything from this company Crooks
