Green and White Taxi RUDE took hours never showed and was lied to

We set up a ride to go to the Rainbow grocery store in midway StPaul, on Snelling Ave& University Ave.Then also set up a ride online to return home an hour later.We arrived fine and did a lot of grocery shopping with the understanding that our next cab was coming. I called to verify this with a numeric code they sent via e mail, only to be told no ride was listed and that it was ok because she would just send out another one. Except well have to wait an extra 20 minutes. I said ok, and waited, and waited, no taxi. I called again to check up on it and was told that the cab had come and left because we were not there waiting. What??! Of course we were, there is ONE door to wait by and two of us keeping an eye out.She tells me they will send him right back. No cab ever arrived. We also know no cab ever showed up that first time to that address anyhow. Unless they drove right past without stopping or lied. Ok so now it has been over an hour and still nothing, I call again. The dispatch says theyll send a cab to us now. I thought they had already and twice? Apparently thats now not true? We are told 20 minutes AGAIN. It comes& goes and nothing. I call again and now they tell me no drivers are in my area at all and they are still looking. WHAT? You told me 20 minutes ago three times. By then half our food is melted thawing and will go bad for sure. She tells me to give her another 20 minutes and I say ok, but Im fed up. I contacted a different taxi place and they found me a cab in about 30 more minutes. My food was ruined, I wasted a ton of money and had no means to replace it either. We do one shopping trip per month by cab because were low income, have no vehicles nor family to help, and barely afford that one run. I got my melted thawed stuff home, salvaged what I could. That horrible taxi company ought to be reimbursing me for lost food! They out and out lied to us. Over& over again!Then about 2 more hours after I am already home, and food put away, been sitting at my apt 2 hours watching TV already I get a call from Green& White taxi saying they have my cab on the way do I still need it?!?! AHHH!!!!!! Are they joking with that nonsense? Itd been4 hours all in all between2 hours waiting and calls on and on, the ride in my other taxi home, plus2 hours at home when I forgotten abt this elusive cab tat never came four times, THEN they call& think, what? That ANYones going to sit at a grocery store for4 hours in a doorway with a cart full of spoiling food items while they keep lying to you? I think not. This was horrific and uncalled for disgusting service that I hope I never have to tolerate again! What a joke. And we lost over 100 dollars worth of food too because of this incompetence but they do not even care!I with I could sue them for my lost groceries. Thats all we had, we cannot afford to replace them. Thank you Green& White for leaving us without food for weeks, wasting hours of our time and lying to us over& over by phone. Your phone people are mixed up dishonest and act as if they are all on something when they communicate.Either you lied or the drivers lied, either way I suffered for it. What a terrible experience what a terrible company.

Midnight Velvet/ Seventh Avenue refuse to resolve issues

I ordered one pleather jacket from Seventh Avenue website, and one gold ring off Midnight Velvets site. Same company owns both.

My jacket arrived smelling like horrible chemicals. I have been forced to not use it yet trying to get rid of this stench! Seventh Avenue knows the issue& promised me twice now two separate discounts o my item. My bill did not show any reduction and I refused to pay an incorrect amount.

I want this fixed& a proper bill first then I am perfectly ok with paying.They put it off too long to return it. I shouldnt have to pay full cost for an unwearable jacket. Secondly- I have this ring ordered from midnight Velvet also, which has been " processing by credit dept please check back in 24 hours" now, for a week! If its doing so because of the other item due- Im not defaulting on it, Im waiting for someone there to CARE and Listen when I call and actually do something to fix my issues before I pay on a defective item!

As far as the ring goes, either send ot to me and Ill start paying it off, as Im fine paying for good items.Or stop telling me it is still processing forever! I have a swiss colony account that gave me credit just fine, sent the right items, and that Iwill happily pay when billed because my order was correct& not defective. The jacket IS.The ring probably is not but is processing FOREVER. I want an understanding non harassing, helpful customer service rep to resolve this so I can start paying the proper amts.

I could be a long term customer with you, and pay on time, if anyone would just fix these issues and stop ignoring the problems, yet still demand payment, because I will only pay after things have been adjusted& corrected as promised me by two different people. I was promised both a 20% and a 40% reduction in total cost due to defects,& have none.I want my ring sent also. I was offered a $500 credit with M Velvet also and my ring is only half that amt. which I can pay you also.

I am disgusted and angry because I do not want my credit destroyed because of problems getting help from your companies.

They are quick to harass but not to simply resolve things so that the customer feels happy and positive abt paying because defects or item issues were actually fixed or compensated for. Someone needs to figure this all out with me.

I was blamed for theft in Walmart and I did not steal

I am mad as *** that I always used to shop in Walmart, and was in there again recently buying many items. I checked out my items at the checkout, and proceeded to the front door to leave, where I was stopped by security of the store and was called a shoplifter loudly in front of everyone else around, escorted into the back room office, where I was searched without any police present. Then police were called after that to search me again, did not find any stolen goods on me, or in my bags. But I was still handcuffed, treated like ***, and kicked out of the store forever based upon a false accusation! They tried to force me to sign a paper stating that I had stolen things and would pay the store back if a complaint was filed later on. I refused to sign, was threatened with arrest, even though I took nothing. Then they started going back thru my personal possessions and things I had bought already paid for, and trying to act as if those items had in fact been stolen. They knew they were my things, or paid for. I was getting harassed on purpouse because of the way I dress and appear, for certain after all this ***. I was scared and upset. I got thrown out of the store and did nothing wrong too, which was a terrible inconvenience to me because I have a straittalk phone and only walmart sells straittalk merchandise and cards. They had no right to accuse, or keep trying to when I proved them wrong. Nor did they have right to treat me as if I was still guilty even after nothing was found. I hate everyone at that store now. Especially security, bunch of bored judgemental jerks.

If that happened to you and I doubt then get a lawyer and sue them. That is a good law suit for 100,000.00 or more.

But like most theifs you are lying and trying to turn your shoplifting around on the store. You ask 95% of the people in prison and they will tell you they did not do what they were convicted.

Some convicts will tell they were wrongly convicted all the way to the chair. So I do not believe you so sue them and see if a judge and jury will beleive you.
