The Unlimited - Terrible service and reject claims when the time comes.
First i was lied to by the sales consultant that the Auto supreme Interior claim is separate and i can claim at anytime with no restrictions. Then i questioned it a few times they another guy confirms this is not true. When it comes to claiming it is a NIGHTMARE!!! THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC. I submitted a claim and waited over a week for them to get back to me only to tell me they rejected the claim. The claim was for existing stone chip but they say due to the "paint" they are rejecting it. They do not answer emails or calls are not taken seriously when you call to ask about the claim you put through. I have come to know many others that have have the same experience when claiming for their vehicle. They are so efficient to take your banking details but the service is crap.
