Google - A charge for a app that doesn't work denied refund

I downloaded an app from the Google Play Store that had a 7-day trial called Televesta. After paying $1.99 for the trial, I opened the app, and it never loaded or worked correctly.

Before I could get in contact with someone about the problems, I was charged $19.99.

They took my money, and I was not provided with a product that worked. After Google denied me a refund, this is all I'm left with and can do.

User's recommendation: We're only forced to do business with thieves like Google because they own the web and all your information because if they take your money it's nothing you can do about it all my services are Google I supported them for years and they still do you like a person in the street sad
