Global Check Services - a check guarantee service for merchants and advance for consumers. After working for them briefly, I've seen them not honor their contracts or commitments- they seem to always find some excuse/reason to not pay - either their salespeople or their enrolled merchants. Their rules are ambiguous, they'll come up with ones on the spot to justify their action to not pay. They stopped paying me the residuals on the contracts that I brought to them - even before the term of the initial contract expired. They're a group of slackers, you can call them and ask for something to be done, like to stop double billing one of my merchants - and of course they'l say they'll do it - but after 3-6 phone calls nothing will be done. It takes too many phone calls - again and again to get anyone to do anything. Theye just have no idea of the expression "customer service" and basically no one their is paying attention. Stay away - a complete waste of ones efforts.
