All the 'tricks of the branding trade in one book"

Check out It's a novel I have written based on how it seems that people have become what they buy. The story draws on consumer affairs and exposes what really goes on behind the scenes at the HQs of brands which sell stuff that too often, ultimately leaves consumers hacked off. I spent 30 years in the advertising and branding business. Now I feel that the consumer has been over-sold to such a point that people are either apathetic or define themselves - to themselves by owning the latest upgrades to products - which - if they worked in the first place, wouldn't need an upgrade - at least not every six months! Time for brand excellence to mean exactly what it says on the label.
