Home Shopping Network - Ripped off!

I purchased a product (camera pen) which turned out to be worthless. I wrote HSN on how to return this item and received shipping lables from them. I put one inside the return box and one on the outside. Shipped as directed. One month later I had not received either a response or a refund. When I called them HSN claimed that they had no record of receiving this package. I was asked for a tracking number, but, of course, I wouldn't have a tracking number since they sent the return labels and I just dropped the package off at the PO. No proof, no refund. I was out $6o!

my receipt had incorrect information and customer service manager refused to send a new corrected copy of the receipt (needed for reimbursement reasons), unless i returned the old purchase and reorder using the correct info! now forced to return the item and will lose money on this.

beware of home shopping network. hsn does not value its customers.
