Had 7:30 an appointment for oil change on motor home. Made 10 days in advance. Got there at 7:15 am. Was told they had no room to do it come back another day. He said something about a truck stuck in front of a bay. He had 2 other free bats. I explained all the trouble I went through unhooking the motor home to get here. He had many days to call me. No, he said get out and directed his men to guide me out. This outfit does not deserve to be in business. If he did this to me, he will do it to you. This company is an example of why we distrust auto service companies. They have no customer service qualities and run their company like a fly by night outfit. Beware and avoid this company like the plague.

you'd be able to use this tv without smartcast. vizio is sending out new remotes to replace the useless remotes they sent with smartcast call and have them set it up for you to be put on the list!!!

Kmart - They make a mistake and make you pay

Ok, it took putting the charge into dispute, but Kmart/Sears did credit back the charge. I did go to Amazon to get the correct set of dishes.

Unfortunately I did not learn my lesson and my wife purchased a purse at Sears. Using it once, the whole thing just unraveled and fell apart. She took it back to Sears for a refund and the incompetent associates at Sears could not credit the return to our account.

After one hour of waiting for a manager and fiddling with their computers, we just walked out still having possession of the defective purse and put that charge into dispute.

What is happening to Sears return department. Once the best in the country, they fall down to the worst because of incompetent personnel representing them.

I ordered 3 sets of corelle, Splendor dishes. I received 2 sets of corelle Splendor and 1 set of corelle Simple Lines. I called and let them know. They advised me that they will look into this which can take 7 business days. After their review they will issue a label to return the incorrect set. That will take up to 2 weeks after receiving it to credit it back to me. I can now re-order and hope to get the correct set, however it is no longer on sale and it doesn't qualify for free shipping. I asked can't they simply make an exchange, a replacement of the incorrect item that they sent for the correct item that should have been sent. They advised me that they have no way of doing that. I reminded them that this was their mistake, but I was treated like it was my mistake. The only mistake I made was purchasing from Kmart and should have placed the order with Amazon who knows how to correct their mistakes and never makes the customer feel the way Kmart does. I can't believe Kmart is still hanging on, taking down the reputation of Sears in this 21st century. My advice to everyone is stay away from Kmart and Sears and look elsewhere for your online purchasing needs.

I had the exact same thing happen! I ordered a Bissell floor cleaner and received a set of cookware.

The cookware had an entirely different person's name on the invoice. I called customer service and they said they would get out the correct product to me and I should take the box to a Kmart. Well, we don't have any Kmart locations in my area, so she said it would take 7-10 days to investigate and UPS would pick it up! What a crock!

Why can't they just send out the correct item as this was CLEARLY their mistake. I am partly to blame because I did not know Kmart was part of the Sears family and I had a terrible experience with Sears prior. Never shop with Kmart or Sears.

Never! I guess I am keeping the cookware and not getting the floor cleaner :(

FTD..no flowers, no service, NO More!!!

Flowers were never delivered on scheduled date. Customer service from Bangladesh was hopeless and had no answers even though they new hours before the end of the day and could not get in touch with the assigned florist. Choose any other florist including Walmart before you think about FTD. I had the same problem with FTD 2 years ago and swore off them, however I received a coupon in my email and thought I'd give them a second chance. Well, first time, shame on FTD. This second time, shame on me. Go everywhere and anywhere else for your florist needs.

We have a 2008 Damon Challenger 378 Platinum Edition which has the same crumbling furniture. They wouldnt do anything so we bought slip covers.

I dont really like them but you cant sit on crumbling furniture. Everything else is great in our coach but this makes me angry
