3rd complaint in 2 days...Barbara Farrier To:wecare@***.com Nov 29 at 2:20 AM So its getting worse. Someone called me 3 times in a row at 1 :04am 1 05 am and 06 am from a private number and did not say anything.( I have never gotten a call from a private number before or a call after 1 am in the morning) Then at 1:14 am 631 213**** called again . I told him it was after 1 am and he said he got a complaint and needed to talk to me and offer a resolution. It was the same man that called earlier. My husband and I both recognized his voice. He said someone was playing a prank and called me not him. He asked me to cancel the complaint. I said I could not do that because it is a legitimate serious complaint. He said he was fired because of me and he has kids . By this time he was screaming at me. I had the phone on speaker phone so my husband heard it all. I told him I was going to hang up when he started screaming. A minute later he called back and I did not answer it. We had to turn the phone off because we felt he was going to keep us awake all night. Please see attachments showing he is calling and harassing us after 1 am in the morning. please make him stop.

They called me 8 times today on Thanksgiving. It was a woman with broken English again and when I said We are having Thanksgiving with our family she said we do not celebrate thanksgiving. I said its family time and she said something like i made a complain and they wanted to make me a special offer ( I think because she was hard to understand). She said to hold and she would do it. I told her to send it in e mail because its family time and my time today is with them for with Thanksgiving. She called from 631 213-****. Then she called me 3 more times in the next 10 minutes after I asked her not to. Then the 4th call came in from 314 223 ****. Then a couple minutes later a man called from 214 446****. I told him its family time and he said "SHUT UP LADY" so I hung up. He spoke good english.He called back 2 more times from that number and the last time my husband answered and then we got no more call, This is apparently RETALIATION for me making a complaint that said " I am trying to get info on a vacation i saw online. I have called 4 times and every time i get a person that speaks broken english and i can not understand them. I requested over and over to speak to someone that speaks clear english but they say call back. I get the same every time. Last time she said something like she would connect me so i can understand but on hold 45 minutes and no one came on. What is the telephone number for clear speaking english representatives located in the usa? bfarrier@***.com 361 758-**** ." THIS EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY AWFUL. i CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY FUNJET WOULD DO THIS TO US AND ESPECIALLY ON THANKSGIVING DAY.I had a trip with them before and a good experience all around years ago. Its apparent things have changed. And I never got a email or any special offer.
