Sears portrait

I made an appointment with Sears Portrait studio in tri county mall Cincinnati oh for 730 PM. Its already 8.13 while I am typing this, but still waiting for my turn to come. GOD KNOWS why they. have appointment schdule and all that jazz. The girl from studio called 2 times in last 2 days to confirm the time. Pure waste of time on Friday evening. Planned something after the appointment which I am sure gonna miss it. Please bring some professionalism and respect the schedule and value for others time please. ATT - AT&T Bad customer Service

I called ATT for upgrade of my phone, Customer Rep committed me some price & said he ll call back with all the information in 10 mins, past 15 hrs no one called so far. When I tried to reach ATT again the other Rep on line said he can't honor the price offered by 1st Rep. The price 2nd rep offered is 7 folds than the original price committed to me. I asked to connect me to the supervisor or manager which the 2nd failed to do so. Put me on hold for couple of mins & finally said supervisor can't come over the phone.

Reebok Bad customer service

I bought Reebok shoes last weekend from the website and by mistake selected the wrong size from the drop down. within 5 mins of order submission I called and left voice message over the phone & sent an mail to the customer service around it. No one care to reply to voice message and on Monday I received a mail that your order has been shipped and after sometime of shipping confirmation mail I received a mail call customer service for order changes. Now they have different story to tell, we cant change the order, we shipped the shoes. I have to return those back & reorder the new shoes with a different size. Which will delay everything by just 10 - 15 days.

Sears Portrait Studio

Sears portrait was suppose to make our portrait ready by 05/10 & 05/13/2012. But when I showed up at the store to pick them up, the rep said those are not ready, those are shipped from somewhere in MO and he has no clue when it ll come. He has no idea / date / or any type of confirmation about that. Ruined the purpose of the pictures, got this clicked for some event but never delivered on time. After that visit i reached out to Sears to check when those ll b ready, no one cares to pick up the phone or return the voice message. It is 8 days over already the committed date, but no clue.
