Hello my name is Jacqueline yesterday I was in this park and I went down with part of my family to toy story we stoped to take a picture in the entrance with the cast photographer we asked if she could take us a picture with are phone but forgot to tell her please could you take us a picture and she kind got pissed off and told us how do u ask and I said sorry please could you take us a picture. I these point I was kind of distraught because we don't know well how to speak English but I do understand it then she did take us the picture and them with her camera at this point I tried to ask her to give me the photopass card that I didn't had with me that day and she yelled how did you get in the park at this point I was so nervous and embarrassed and she yelled again the same and in these point I told that my family was in the other side of the park that they had my card. I just wanted to cry I felt so bad and mistreated and my family this is the first time I had this really bad experience in any park. This was the first time I took my mom and dad to this park and should had been a good time. suramis_2000@***.com
