Placed an order yesterday 11/19.2019 which did not process so I tried several times and still no results. Later on all orders I tried to place went through between 6-9 orders. Tried to resolve by phoning Shapermint, could not speak to a live person was always directed to leave a message which I did and no one ever responded. Also tried to notify Shapermint online without any success. Now my credit cards have been charged several times and I'm still trying to resolve these issues. Today I received emails that all of these orders were shipped and I still can't get in touch with anyone at Shapermint to take care of these issues.
