Wickes Furniture - Made claim for furniture no response recieved

Sent pictures and have claim#155**** for furniture to be cleaned with warranty that purchased with the sale.This was my first claim to this company and was suppose to hear something within 48hrs. Then was told to send pictures of the stains within that period and I did and no response. I paid for this warranty and I want some results now! Have yet to hear from someone and number given to me is no longer in service. Want answers or refund of my purchase. I would never buy or give business to this company again. Nicole Bandur

My bedroom set is less than one year old. The wooden bed frame wood is splitting.

Where can you file a claim?

I can not find an email, address or telephone number. Please help.

The same thing just happened to my friend. She was told last week that they "would not honor" the warranty she purchased. She is calling the finance company and telling them she wants this taken off her bill.
