Sunset Properties - Not Worth the Money

We went to Sunset Beach in the middle of August. We rented a house from Sunset Properties. The house was located across the street from one of the main ocean acess points. So, a good location. The house was described and displayed pictures on their website. Of course, the house was "fabulous". When we arrived, what a shock. There was mold on the shower curtain and all over the back door, the rugs were dirty, the cooking utensils/pans were crusted with burnt food and unusable, there was a stove burner that was , the toaster oven was broken and most of all, septic work was done during our stay. We had to smell sewage for 3 days!!! We called Sunset to have the burner and toaster replaced. I also sent two written complaints to Sunset Properties about the house conditions. No reply. We will not be renting from Sunset Properties again. They are not customer friendly and really could careless about our issues. Beware!!!!

WE ARE NOT CONNECTED TO SUNSET PROPERTIES IN NORTH CAROLINA. THE ONLY THING WE SHARE IS A NAME!
