Deutsche Bank - Saxon mortgage and Duetche Bank have no clue

Someone on here recently wrote regarding Saxon and Duetche bank. I have had similar problems. My husband and I got laid off in 2005 (both at the same time) and we did a loan mod. Well my husband who is a college grad got laid off again due to the economy. He did get back to work and we do have the ability to make our monthly payments and all our other bills. Saxon refused to take payments, refused to to another loan mod (apparently it is their policy) ok but what about a payback yes but we would have to make double payments. Our regular payment is close to 4K per month. So I got a second job (working 7 days per week) and we now have enough to bring us current and they refused it. DAH what is wrong with you people. They said because it is the stage of foreclosure we are in.... WHAT in the blue blazes does that mean. We have a court date (we are in MA ) for next month ... So they would rather foreclose......I don';t get it...There is no guarantee that they can sell the house at a foreclosure sale. And certainly not for the value of the mortgage. I really don't understand how this morgage mess got so out of control. Banks are complaining they are loosing money. Well if I can 1500.00 instead of 1600.00 on a debt I would be delighted. Instead Banks choose to not take anything, then foreclose and sit on property (that they have to pay taxes on) for god knows how long. It makes no sense. And as for the investors they are getting ripped off by bad decisions.
