Uber - I was charged twice for a ride I didn’t take

On nov 8 I was waiting outside to take my 2weeks old daughter to a doctor appointment , that Chinese driver doesn’t speak or understand English got lost and had cancelled the ride twice on me and double charge me for a ride that I didn’t take . I had to cancel my daughter appointment for the following day
