Fairfield Inn And Suites - Horrible customer service

Stay Fortunately, I dont have to stay at motels/hotels very often anymore and my three day stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Orange Park Florida was the fist time in may years. The stay itself was okay although the room was noisy (had some partying guests next to me that liked to congregate and yell in the hallway) and the toilet would not stop running I had to take the lid off and raise up the float ball to make it stop. But the main thing that got me was the totally rude treatment I received by Kara, Stephanie and Rubina. Kara is a clueless clerk, Stephanie is supposedly some kind of manager, the actual general manager Brittney or Betty would not return my calls and Rubina, supposedly the district manager like Stephanie is some foreigner who jabbers so fast you cant understand half of what she is saying, but can tell half of that is rude and condescending. They put a fraudulent hold charge on my card that took 7 weeks to fall off and then refused any type of refund to ensure customer satisfaction. I wish I would have read the other reviews before staying here as Stephanie in particular is listed as being rude and unhelpful by many other reviewers. This place is overpriced with rude staff who could not care less about customer satisfaction.

Stay AwI paid Mr. T Autocraft to install a dashcam and backup battery, then a bit over a year later paid them once again to take it out. They did not; in fact chopping ends off of the wires used to ground, and tap into the fuse box of my vehicle. They also discarded or kept other non-necessary wires and connectors that were included in the box of my new battery backup. They left the fuse tap in the fuse panel instead of removing it as they should have. The fuse they tapped into was for the windshield wipers, and it came loose after they cut the end of the wire, which caused the windshield wipers to quit working intermittently a few days later as I was driving in heavy rain on I-70. It is only luck that I thought to check the fuse box and found out the cause. If I would have taken the car to the dealer to check the windshield wipers I am sure they would have charged a diagnostic fee to fix the problem, that is if I was not in the hospital or worse due to Mr. T negligence in failing to remove the fuse tap properly. I sued Mr. T in small claims, and although I was awarded a small amount to cover the wires/connectors that Mr. T either kept or thew away, I was not awarded a partial or full refund for the install. I respectfully disagree with the magistrate who decided that even though Mr. T had left wires in my car and fuse box, this was somehow proper and compliant with industry standards. I disagree as I think that any reasonable person would consider this to be an incomplete, and careless uninstall of wiring. I am posing pictures of how I found this in my fuse box, and the public can decide if you agree with me. The installers and owner, I think his name is Jim, were very arrogant, rude and condescending in my dealings with them, and the owner bragged in court the Mr. T had been in business for over 50 years and does not need to advertise because they dont have to. I also had gone to Mr. T initially as they had a great reputation, but I have since read reviews that state otherwise, and at least one stated that their quality of work and customer service had gone downhill ever since Jim became the new owner. It is my opinion that Mr. T customer service is poor, attitude towards customers concerns and safety is non-existent once they have your money, and at least in my case and in my opinion, the work is incompetent. Perhaps the public can decide if Mr. T is deserving of having a great word of mouth reputation. As far as I am concerned, they do not and I urge others to seek tint and electronics installation elsewhere.

New Carlisle Animal Hospital - Owners are very rude stray away!!

Extremely rude treatment by supposed "owner" and told if I did not like situation to "get my *** out". This is a customer service complaint as I did not have any interaction with the doctors, who are listed as being Dr. Kimberly Brooks and Dr. Katherine Smith. My interaction was with who I was told was "Lori" but actually may have been one of the co-owners who is listed as Wagner/Fulton LLC, Amy Fulton and Lynn Wagoner. More than likely Lynn Wagnor as it starts with an L and the other person there may have lied about her name, or I just misunderstood. This Lynn person was the one who claimed to be the owner and was very nasty and used profanity. Also note that this practice was sold by Dr. Dr. Goodfellow on 04/21/2017 and purchased by this LLC. I do not believe that either of these women are DMV's and I was under the impression that all Veterinarian business in OH have to be owned by a licensed Veterinarian. So they may be operating illegally and I will follow up with the State of Ohio Veterinary Licensing Board on that one. I have been taking him to New Carlisle Animal Hospital, 427 N Main St in New Carlisle, for around 4 years now. This afternoon I noticed a lump near his anus and since he is a boxer I always am concerned about this type of thing. I went in, yes without an appointment as this is my vet and I was very concerned about my dog. Long story short, they brushed it off as not important and made an appointment for next Saturday, which due to my work schedule as the next time I could come in. I returned a short time later to get my dog's records and informed them to cancel the appointment and mail me my dog's records as I would seek service elsewhere. I was accused of "having an attitude and after informing me that they refused to mail the records, I would have to pick them up, one of the two women at the desk who claimed to be the owner said something to the effect of "if you don't like it you can just walk your *** right on out of here." Wonderful way to talk to a veteran on Veteran's day. My issue is basically with this person who owns the place not the doctor or doctors but I will also be sending emails to the BBB, the American Veterinary Association, and any other platform or review site I can find. I honestly was shocked at the way I was treated by this so called business owner. I did not use foul language or raise my voice at any time, yet I was spoken to in this manor. I just wanted to let everyone know how this business, whom I have patronized for over 4 years, treats its customers. I found another local clinic not only willing to take a look at Pluto but who treated me with respect and thanked me for serving my country, as opposed to the lazy, incompetence and rude treatment I received at New Carlisle Animal Hospital. This place needs to be closed down. Found a clinic in Troy to care for Pluto, who required sedation and draining of a very painful anal gland, they said he was in pain but New Carlisle Animal Hospital wanted him to suffer in pain until next Saturday. Rude incompetent lazy and unintelligent. oh, also the vet who ended up taking care of Pluto today did not rule out a tumor until he had Pluto's sedated and was able to work on it
