NUMBER TO CALL AT SEARS FOR COMPLAINTS

If you need assistance for something you purchased at Sears, call 800-479-****. That is an executive dept.

that can help you more than anyone else. Don't call the regular service or delivery dept unless you want to talk to someone in Guatemala or the Philippines. I recommend researching, checking the reviews, before you purchase anything from Sears. Also, A&E appliance service is SEARS SERVICE.

I wouldn't say never shop there, but make sure to call 800-479-**** for anything you need. That dept.

is called One Source. I would not recommend buying an appliance on Sears.com cause good luck if you want to exchange it or return it.

Does anyone have a number that gets to any Sears employee that actually cares about their customer's experience and can do something about it? We have been trying to get a Kenmore Elite refrigerator repaired for almost two months.

They fixed one thing, broke another, we waited two weeks after parts arrived to have them fix what they broke and then it wasn't completely fixed, ordered parts waited another two weeks, have appointments scheduled and nobody shows, and they auto create a new appointment for 2-3 weeks later. It is beyond ridiculous. For several weeks we were without a functioning refrigerator. We have had a maintenance agreement for over a decade on multiple appliances and are treated like this.

Nobody we talk to cares at all.

They just want to schedule another appointment and get off the phone. Nobody will help us expedite a new appointment when they cancel on us without notice.

I've been waiting 6 months for them to replace a refrigerator...they want to keep sending techs, waiting on emails, etc. I have the protection plan which isn't cheap, this is the WORST customer service ever.

I used to be a Sears fan, bought all of our appliances from them. NEVER again. Only 2 out of 20 times calling them I have gotten a rep that can speak English. The last one I talked to said, "Sorry, this is routine policy.

You'll just have to wait for us to call you." A HALF of a year without a refrigerator!!!

No, they do not care. They got their money.
