Merrick Bank - Thanks Merric bank for destroying Christmas

Most banks send you a replacement card BEFORE! Your card expires! Not these idiots! Took an hour to get through to these losers! And 28 days later! Still no card! You cannot get through to these people at all!

Merrick Bank - Cannot reach anyone

I have been trying to reach someone at this bank for over a month! My card expired and I called them the fist of December and held for an hour!!!! Still no card!

This APP is criminal and completely unethical! It capitalized on families that have incarcerated loved ones and then completely rips them off! Its does not allow you to use a different service provider so they really have you by the b*** this is criminal! Family members still have rights! But they treat us like we are the prisoners with no rights!

Very poor service! Seems to be a means to rob people both on the inside &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; outside! Sent my sister a picture of her 80 year old father! They charge me, picture goes through then canceled later!

I rented a car in Mesa, AZ and although I should have been able to pick the vehicle up in the morning! Enterprise did nothing ot have any cars until late that afternoon! Okay! I get it! This happens! My daughter had surgery following a car accident, and I was trying to get to her to take care of her and mostly the kids! Again! I get it! Things happen! I finally get the car about 4:30 PM but! They purposely gave me a vehicle that has an engine light on! I noticed right off it idled really rough! Once I got to my daughters house! I noticed the engine light on! Moreover! I also noticed the big RED sticker on the key that says CHECK ENGINE I immediately called Enterprise to let them know!!! Their solution was to send road side to pick up the vehicle, but NO solution to get me another vehicle! I called the Superstition Springs location again this morning and asked them to please send someone to switch out the vehicle! Nope! They were not having it! I ask to speak to Manager and the guy lied and said he was the Manager! Wow! The level of deceit is incredible! I guess Enterprise thinks they will be able to capitalize on the pandemic forever! LOL! Not the case! I contacted road side myself! Ummm! Again the only option was to leave my daughter and the kids alone and drive to switch it out! NOT HAPPENING! I will just drive it till the engine stops! Not their problem, so not my problem either!!!!

Okay Carol, rental agreement # is 1G78SH location is 6447 E Southern Ave. Superstition Springs location, Mesa, AZ.

I have also contacted my insurance company American Family to let them know about this experience and apparently they will be contacting Enterprise as well! They have had numerous complaints regarding Enterprise as well!

American Family Insurance - Crooks

They lie, they cheat, my Saguaro cactus was struck by lightning and when I paid the $1000 to get it hauled off! The agent said I was entitled to nothing! When tree fell on my house recently! They said I was only entitled to $500 for the tree removal. Replacement was only if it was struck by lightning! They forgot about the cactus they screwed me out of, so they cannot keep their lies straight!!!
