Choctaw Vet clinic - Dr.Kavorkian for animals

Was new to the area - had a pregnant nanny goat that had a difficult delivery-She was injured and was sick to the point where she needed to be put down. She was in extreme pain.I called Choctaw Vet clinic to get some help with my nanny to relieve her suffering. I could not lift her as I am disabled and was told by the vet I cant help you-There was no money to be made so he did not care. Recently found out that this " Animal Rescue ***"DIANE FRANKE that has been pestering me for 6 months took it upon herself that she was going to take one of my goats to Dr.Larry Salyer to be euthanized-Never mind that the animal DID NOT BELONG TO HER and that IT WAS NOT HER DECISION TO MAKE.Dr.Salyer supposedly was going to take a stolen animal and put him down without my consent or knowledge.UNFRGGIN BELIEVABLE Unbelievable considering the cold and indifferent response that I got when I asked for help with my dying nanny-Wont help me but he will help his animal rescue fanatic buddy Diane Franke of AntlerS Ok. Clearly this Dr. is in his practice for the wrong reasons-GO ELSEWHERE STAY AWAY FROM CHOCTAW VET CLINIC IN HUGO OK

Choctaw Electric Cooperative - Non regulated Utility Stickin it to the customers....

Update by user Jan 21, 2013

I apologize for the slow delay, it has been a very busy week with Holiday next week. I have researched our connection to Mr. Lxxxx, He was employed here for just a short time and is no longer an employee with Choctaw Electric Cooperative. I reviewed our policy for incoming and exiting practices from our company, we check out keys to incoming employees and also check back in on day of termination, both of these practices were followed in this case.

I have addressed the issue with department managers of lending or passing out of keys to non coop employees, This does not happen to our knowledge. We have no affiliation to Mr. Lowe so my hands are tied at this point on this particular issue. I feel that you bypassing the lock is the best idea to ensure them not unlocking the gate at their convenience. If we need in for outage or maintenance purposes we will have to cut around yours but we both understand that.

As far as installing a security light on the property next to you, yes we would be able to put one up with the owner’s consent, It is a flat rate of 7.99 per month. We do have an average billing for your convenience, we take the last 12 month of your billing and average it then bill you on the average each month therefore making it a much more consistent charge.

I believe the best route for your safety is to pursue the authorities and other task forces that you see appropriate for the situation. As for us i will keep an eye on your area to make sure nothing is out of ordinary from our standpoint.

If I can be of further assistance to you please don’t hesitate to contact me.

This Non regulated electric coop is part of a state wide consortium-Western Farmers Electric Cooperative.Since moving to SE Oklahoma aprox 4 months ago there have been numerous issues with this company 1) Local Company employees that snoop and trespass on the private property of customers-They insist upon being given access to the property but then make no effort what sover to control key custody-The punk *** son of an adjacent property owner worked for this utility and gave the key out to all of his buddies so that they could snoop.Other employees of Choctaw Electric also snoop and come on the property at all hours under the premise of ' Maintenance"...They are SNOOPING.To date have gotten NO ASSISTANCE ON THIS.## See email from manager posted below##Property is posted and any one coming on without consent will be shot-Simple as that.Utility has been put on notice to ONLY come on property during an outage-Otherwise STAY THE *** OUT.If the lock is cut on my gate it BETTER be for a good reason...2) Rates are ridiculously high-I have 3 security lights and was told that they were flat rate priced-What they failed to mention is that extra added ' Surcharge every month. In addition, I am by myself in a small travel trailer-Very minimal usage. My bill averages 130.00 a month-I shudder to think about what some one with a house and a family goes through-When I did own a home my electric bill no matter what time of year was always under 100./month.What I suspect is going on is that tribal members are given reduced rates while the rest of us poor slobs foot the bill-Either that or these are some greedy sobs. "Ms. XXXXX,Yard lights are a flat fee, we have a direct pass through from our provider of the power cost adjustment. It is charged to us and we therefore pass along actual cost rather than marking up charge to encompass the fluctuating costs. It is in my opinion the fairest way to structure the fees. As far as Choctaw Electric employees trespassing on your property, the person you named is not an employee of ours therefore there is nothing more I can do to assist you on this matter. I suggest you call the appropriate authorities to remedy your problem. wrote: From: Choctaw Electric Cooperative Customer Service Security Light PCA??? I was told that the fee for these security lights is FLAT RATE-WHY is this getting billed PCA????This is absurd-Kind of ironic that the majority of the reason that I am going through the extra expense of these security lights is the compromise to my safety that is posed by the intrusion Choctaw Electric Employees trespassing ON MY PROPERTY....Even after going through this expense they STILL are trespassing...Dont you think that Choctaw Electric is being GREEDY on this one? Please review and advise-R/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I have spoken to my staking engineer, he is scheduling an appointment to assess the feasibility of rerouting the power line. He is going to send me the findings along with a cost estimate.

It is our responsibility to provide power to your location, which we have. Unless there is a safety issue It is hard for me to justify spending excess money to move the power line when you have a perfectly good source now. If we are able to move the line and once the engineer determines a location for the secondary line, it will be your responsibility to clear a right away.

You are charged only for your usage, which is monitored from your meter. As long as you don’t have anyone else attached to your side of the meter there is no way that someone is stealing electricity from you. As far a someone pirating the electricity from the adjacent property, even if they were, it would not affect the electricity you receive. I have checked the property to your south and there is no “pirating” at this time. When I receive the estimate I will send along to you and we can then work in a direction to remedy your concerns.

Mr.Drake-

I am contacting you regarding the routing of power lines to my property-The source/connection for my electricity appears to be via the vacant property next door.

There have been past issues with the theft of electricity by an occupant of the property that I bought prior to purchase-The individual-Robert" Rooster" Maple had run lines to the vacant house next door and according to what I was told by the owner of the property-Diane Franke that a 900.00 bill had been run up by Robert" Rooster" Maple before the problem was discovered.

Diane Franke lives in Oklahoma City and does not inhabit the property. She from what I understand only recently secured power to the property and began securing the property and the house-According to her and from what I have seen there has been an ongoing problem with various criminal elements breaking into the house. To date Diane Franke has taken little If any interested in bringing this matter under control.

My point is this-I am concerned that due to 1) Present and on going circumstances 2) The arrangement of power lines between the properties 3) The fact that my property is inhabited and has a source of electricity 4) The close proximity of Zachary/Cory Lowe/Former Choctaw Electric employee that once again theft of electricity is occuring-Zach Lowe was /is friends with the person responsible for the previous theft of electricty that occured from the property of Diane Franke and may have performed the work to hook the illegal connection up

This poses a threat to my personal safety as well as fostering drug related activity that can and does occur on the property-I may also inadvertently be paying for this pirated electricity-Something that I can ill afford right now.

In the interest of eliminating any issues/potential issues would it be possible to eliminate any connection between the adjacent property owned by Diane Franke? I want no association with this property or it's owner and dont want to be indirectly responsible for fostering criminal activity that continues to occur on this property. Please advise-

####NO REPLY-OKLA ATTY GENERAL CONTACTED AS THIS IS A NON REGULATED UTILITY###

Individual that has been harrassing me since the day I loved onto this property IS STILL AN EMPLOYEE OF CHOCTAW ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE-He lives on adjacent property WITH HIS MOMMY AND DADDY-CHOCTAW ELECTRIC IS AWARE OF THE SNOOPING FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES BUT REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT..

I am a female DISABLED VETERAN and This CHOCTAW ELECTRIC EMPLOYEE has SNOOPED AND TRESPASSED ON MY PROPERTY CONSTANTLY WITH HIS BUDDIES-He HANGS OUT IN THE WOODS NEXT TO MY FENCE AND CALLS ME A ***-When I have GOATS OUT HE SHOOTS OVER THEM IN AN ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE ME.He has HARRASED AND KILLED MY ANIMALS -He has followed me on at least two occasions when I have left my property.CHOCTAW ELECTRIC IS AWARE OF THIS *** AND THE SITUATION BUT REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

Living without HEAT THIS WINTER so that I can afford security lights FOR MY SAFETY because OF THE HARASSMENT FROM THIS CHOCTAW ELECTRIC EMPLOYEE-CHOCTAW ELECTRIC IS OVERCHARGING ME ON MY BILL BECAUSE I MADE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR SO CALLED EMPLOYEES...

#596828
@HAR***MENT FROM A COOP EMPLOYE

They sensored it-THIS CHOCTAW ELECTRIC EMPLOYEE CALLS ME A P R O S T I T U T E- W H O R E Because I AM A 52 YEAR OLD WOMAN LIVING ON MY OWN-

There is no point in having any sort of audit Done-I am at minimum usage right now-Despite the cold weather I dont even run a space heater-CANT AFFORD HEAT and am freezing my ..... off.Sorry-Rates are still high-I shudder to think of what my bill would be If I had a residence and family. There is no reason why I should have a 130.00 bill..

What I would like is for xxxxxxx area Choctaw electric employees TO STAY OFF OF MY PROPERTY-Despite numerous contacts with the home office and management they still persist coming onto my property at odd hours at night WITHOUT consent. If there is to be ANY access it is to be via the front gate and ONLY in an emergency-None of this jumping the back fence like has been occurring-Signs are clearly posted on my property" POSTED/Private Property'-If the lock or chain on my from gate is cut by a Choctaw Electric Employee there needs to be documentation of Who,the reason why and when this was done. and I am to be permitted access/review of this documentation.

PLEASE note that the xxxxxx xxxxx ,Son of of adjacent property owner xxxx xxxxxx works for WFE and is still very much a Choctaw Electric Employee-Emergency or not-Under NO circumstances is xxxxxxxxx permitted on my property-EVER.I have been dealing with harrassment ,snooping and trespassing and invasion of privacy from him and various other individuals since moving to this property aprox 4 months ago-He has even gone so far as to follow me when I left my property on at least two occasions-This has been addressed/reported to OSBI as well as management at WFE in Anadarko-Local Sheriff has failed to take any firm action on this matter

Please be assured that If I find ANY ONE trespassing on my property-INCLUDING Choctaw Electric/WFE Employees in the Antlers area I WILL take appropriate measures to protect myself and my property.Enough is enough-Surely this MISCONDUCT is not permitted by Choctaw Electric company policy and I urge that this should be addressed AGAIN with personnel from the XXXXXX Ok branch office as well as WFE Employee xxxxxxx-Apparently any action by Choctaw Electric/WFE Management to date has fallen on deaf ears..

Thank you in advance for prompt and effective action in this matter.

xxxxxxx

xxxxx Ok

DO NOT SELL YOUR LIVESTOCK AT 101 LIVESTOCK AUCTION IN MORILLTON/ATKINS ARKANSAS

This place is a complete RIP OFF-DO NOT even bother bringing your animals here-You WILL NOT get fair bidding OR a fair PRICE Brought 13 goats-Auctioneer did not even try to solicit bids and sold all animals to one buyer at one rock bottom price-Spoke with Manager who said that I could get my animals back and void the auction-He then asked me to COME INTO HIS OFFICE BY MYSELF WITH HIM-When I refused to go into his office He then would not get my animals back and threatened to call the police when I persisted-Tried to bully and intimidate me because I am female and was by myself. IS THIS THE TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT THAT YOU WANT TO REWARD WITH YOUR BUSINESS? Look elsewhere for more reputable establishments-This place is a good old boy rip off that caters solely to cattle and treats sellers of other livestock like Dirt.DONT BOTHER BRINGING YOUR ANIMALS HERE TO SELL-IT IS A WASTE OF TIME

I, Have done business with 101 livestock for over 20 years without any issues, I usually check the livestock market report & get an idea of what my animals will bring, given the age & condition of any animal. & yes you should have went into his office with him rather than keeping others involved.

#1023519

If you weren't happy with what you're goats brought, you should have no sales them at the time.thats the way it works..

#901116

They are arrogant crooks that play games with setting in market prices and then the same calf within weighing almost same weight, and color characteristics will sell for 40-50 cents less a pound and be sold fast after set in bid if it is one of the buyers he takes care of! These practices are bad business and the owner is an arrogant-hot head! Do yourself a favor and go to Searcy or Ozark and bypass this operation because you won't get current market value unless you are a local goid o'l boy or it was a guarantee he promised!

#867913

WELL I THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE INTO THE OFFICE WITH HIM AND HE WOULD HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUE, YOU SOUND LIKE YOU HAVE ISSUES EVERYWHERE YOU GO ....IF THEIR IS NO BIDDERS FOR GOATS THATS THE PRICE YOUR GONNA GET FROM ONE BIDDER, SOUNDS LIKE YOUR JUST ANOTHER SCORNED WOMAN......

#840538

I agree with Katelyn, 101 is not a goat market try bebee, or lonoke for goats or sheep.

#710521

I have used them for many years. I'm female too, never had a problem

#693673

The exact same thing happens in Paragould Arkansas too. It's up to everyone to stop attending auctions run by dishonest practices.

#525171

Hi I would just like to say that I have always used 101 livestock to sell my cattle and my meat goats. Goats never sell very well at this auction because there is usually only one buyer because people go there to buy cattle.

The manager is a very nice man and would never take advantage of a women. I am a young women myself and I have never had any trouble with this auction.

I hope before you go bashing someone again and making assumptions about people that you don't know you take a moment to look back and realize you are the one being unreasonable. If I decide I don't like the price one of my calves bring he is always as nice as possible to get my calf back to me.

#1067450
@Katelyn

This is not true and they lost a sticker on a calf that a family member of mine sold and after 2 hours of not knowing what to do and making every excuse to stall him just made up a price for that calf and issued a check when he was in the crowd and wrote down the prices his calves brought! When confronted the owner got mad pushed the seller out of the lobby and tried to start a fight by pushing him and chest bumping him!

This is a nice man??? Get a clue and check his official complaints out through USDA GIPSA! They made him issue payment for his FRAUD after a complaint! Without explanation from Mr.

Knight!

So why did he try to screw him out of 40 cents a pound when it amounted to over $150 and would not make it right! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ---go down the road a bit and you will have more money in your pocket without the games.

#1365886
@Mathilde

They play all kinds of games setting in cattle prices, just watch how fast they sell when certain buyers are bidding on behalf of the barn so they can resell the calves at another auction like OKC or Joplin.
