Travelsmart Vip Club - Terrible Service

We signed up for Travel Smart VIP and advised the sales people at the time that I'm getting an assistance dog and asked if this would be an issue, the sales person spoke to the sales director who assured me that it wouldn't be. However when I got back to the UK I got in touch with TUI and the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) who advised against traveling such a long distance with an assistance dog as there is no contingency for a dog being on the plane with me for such a long time. I have tried to cancel my membership due to the reason above, but they have stated I cant and if I didn't pay the monthly charge then this will effect my credit rating etc. Can someone please get in touch and help me resolve this issue.
