Entire experience had been a nightmare from day one. Worst views when booking. It’s always a problem. Screaming matches with people who refuse to pass you to executives or those with authority.

Our experience was a real nightmare!! Hopefully, we found a company that supports us to stop wasting thousands of dollars in this timeshare. We recommend you to contact them, hope they can help you with this!

Your complaint doesn't provide any information to your reader. It would have been helpful if you had told the audience EXACTLY what you purchased.

Not all owners are entitled to occupancy at all times. If you purchased summer season, you cannot reasonably expect to arrive for Christmas. If you do not own holiday time, you may still be able to come to a Vidanta resort for the holiday. At a specific published time, unsold and unreserved units become available for use by people owning less impressive memberships.

They are available on a first-come -- first served basis. Therefore, you have to act fast. Since it is only 2 months prior to occupancy, you cannot expect major discounts for airfare. Therefore, the thing to do is to make a reservation elsewhere at a hotel in the area.

If the timeshare becomes available, you can always cancel the hotel reservation (usually without charge). Since you already purchased the airfare, when making the hotel reservation, you received a discount on the airfare.
