Drive Medical - No phone service to consumers of their products

I used my scooter 1 time, and recharged the battery. Scooter now will not turn on. Drive Medical does not take phone calls even though they offer a phone number for customers. Their phone message tells the customer to go to their website. This is problematic for those who need help immediately and/or do not have access to the internet (which would include a large number of seniors).

When you call the main tel number, there is a choice of consumer or business user. Consumer choice takes you to voice message to go to website, Business choice takes you to a live human.
