Pissed Consumer sent me an e-mail asking if the issue was resolved and/or if UDI's had contacted me. The answer is NO.

Udi's never bothered to contact me. This company does not care about their customers.

Terrible Customer Relations. A shame!

UDI's makes you sign up/provide them with your info and email in order to get their newsletter. For that, they state that you will receive a discount coupon to your e-mail. However, said coupon is ever elusive and their promise is not true. The coupon in question never arrives. What a joke!
