I did not move to a new carrier. I have always loved sprint.

I've been with them for over 10 years and this is the first time they let me down. After the anger boils off, reason resurfaces.

I will never lease a phone from them again. I'll look for used refurbished products from other vendors.

It pays to be the squeaky wheel. I posted my discontent on every platform I could.

I received a message to contact sprint executive something specialist (sorry I forget exactly). They offered me about half what I'd spent extra and I said, "I'll take what I can get, but I'm going back to all the places I posted about you and tell them exactly what happened." The rep told me she would speak to her supervisor and call me back the next day. I was refunded $312.

When you are ripped off, complain. Complain everywhere.

Sprint charged me twice to pay off my already expensive phone lease. My lease ended 8 months ago. Happy, I thought I was paying off the phone, but the bill stayed the same after 6 months, so I called customer no service. She said I didnโ€™t โ€œoptโ€ to buy the phone, so I was put on a month to month lease. None of the payments went to pay off the phone. She said, โ€œWe sent you a noticeโ€ and โ€œdidnโ€™t you read your contract?โ€ I already paid about $384 thinking I was paying off the phone, but since I didnโ€™t click the right button or something, too bad so sad, I had to pay an additional $312 to own the phone. The policy is very deceptive, and I hope they enjoy their 384 extra dollars because I will be moving to a new carrier as soon as I can.

10-26-2019 I went to the site and chatted with someone who is there to help you buy a photostick. Luckily they didn't blow me off because I already had one.

They suggested I try it in another computer and it is running as I write.

The problem is with my main computer and I'll have that investigated at my PC store, PC Laptops. The customer service email has still produced no results.

The photo stick does not work on my computer. I tried to get help by sending an email to customer service but I got no answer. I sent another email asking to return the item. No answer. There is no phone number so I am stuck.
