Uber - Cancelled order didn’t get full refund

I placed and order at McDonalds and the Uber eats app said there was a problem and it couldn’t go through so I went and repeated my order but then was charged for two orders so I called McDonald’s and then said to call you but then I was only refunded half of the money back for the order, I would like a full refund for something I cancelled and never got.
