Boost Mobile - Angry at them for not being able to help

Netgear - Says “just plug into an outlet” on extender

Resolved: Apple resolved my issue through the BBB and AG

Call Customer Service then if you are not satisfied fill out the BBB form and your State’s Attorney General’s Office eventually I got Tim Cook’s executive office to call me and the matter got resolved.

After getting letters from the BBB and my states Attorney Generals consumer protection department. Apple emailed me and spoke on the phone. It was from the executive office that included Tim Cook the CEO of Apple or I should say the two companies that actually own...
