Opel Smart Phones??

For Seniors with impaired vision? The text is that small you get headache trying to read it. Why is it so hard to find their address on line?This is my personal opinion on it's difficulty to operate there are, of course, people who find Opel Phones OK.This phone is not for me as a Senior.

They are called "smart phones" because you need a University degree to operate them. They are for "Seniors'. I am 78 and not an idiot and have had many mobile phones but none as bad as this. Very hard to operate .Need a magnifying glass to see text. Tells when message arrives but try and find it? Opel offered to look at the fault but having to travel to a PO to return it not an option as I am invalid pensioner. Asked Opel for a better option and the one they recommended was twice as hard to operate. I have spent $400 on these phones.eg Smart Phone and 2 Big button phones . Buy and try one if your a genius. Smart phone was probably OK but too smart for a retired oldie. I have bought another phone and simpler to use. BG

Australia Post - Mail is a Government service for all Australians.,along with all faults and stress given.

I am a 79 year old pensioner whose wife is in care with Dementia and expects a trustworthy and efficient service from people handling your mail etc . Recently I was expecting a parcel which was way over due and I constantly emailed sender asking where it was . After annoying sender with 5 emails I was told it was sent. Next, a lady came to my home, who was honest and took the trouble to deliver my parcel. I was so annoyed that a parcel ,WITH CORRECT MAIL ADDRESS, went astray. A second parcel (400 x 400) was crammed into my letterbox so tight that the contents were broken .Items broken, figurines sentimental value. Christmas decorations (crushed) Then I made the mistake of lodging a complaint. People who have dealt with big companies know the feeling of frustration and stress received by dealing with people who are not caring about service to the public. I emailed tracking number to A Post to find what went wrong. I miss a digit on tracking # so I complied with their request to resend. To cut a long story short . I started to receive a total of 12 emails . The first was to tell me I had to start a new complaint, Then they went on to tell me, from 3 different people, that would I send all the information again? Another/ I sent to wrong email address?. Another/ send photos Sadof both parcels, then photos not clear enough, resend. Finally, I had enough of their incompetence, and stopped the complaint. I felt I had no other choice to continue . Australia Post gave me the impression that if they continued with their confusing and frustrating actions I would go away. I hate to say it but THEY WON BG

Bad serviced continues. Southern Cross still send me a bill even though I I changed to Aussie Broadband a couple months ago.

Reported this to TIO and thought that this was sorted. Still waiting for first refund and now another charge, No action taken from TIO enquiry,...
