No Limits Equestrians - Owner borrowed money - not repaid - not LLC

Owner borrowed money from me. Said she would provide horse riding lessons and use of lesson horse to pay down debt. She changed the terms half way through the agreement (did not let me ride in show when it came time, after months of practicing and lessons). When it came time to repay, she declined and cut all communications. Per written agreement, owner owes money for services not rendered. She is changing her story, however, I have a written document that states she owes me the money.Forced to file legal complaint against company. Still no response from owner, but she has her friends trying to get me to back down. The owner needs to respond and make this right.
