Uber - Charge back fiasco.

The other day I logged in to my Uber to make some money, only to realize my account had been blocked. After many lengthy and frustrating attempts to speak to an actual person to find out why, I was told 5 months ago I had allegedly disputed a charge for $354.16, which was returned to my back account.

I have never disputed a single charge to Uber, let alone $354. The agent told me she would elevate this up to the appropriate team. I should wait for email. I received said email stating only, You owed $354.16.

Would you like to put it on a different card than card on file. At least 5 times over the next week I responded with a copy of my bank account statements showing no disputes, chargebacks, or refunds. Said I had also spoke to my back and was told their have never been any disputes or refunds pertaining to Uber. To be responded to with the same, you own.

Would you like to charge. Different card. No additional info. Several days attempts and conversations later the Uber agent said they would take care of the charge to me and reinstate my accounts, I could log in immediately.

NOPE.couldnt log in. Still blocked.

Started to get emails saying I owed $323.57 for the same reason. Im so over it at this point.
