I bought a pair of Nano hearing aids on February 7th, 2023, when I received them, they both produced a loud screeching sound that was very annoying. I called customer service and they sent a replacement set.
Again, I experienced the same screeching sound
from both hearing aids. I called Nano customer service again and told them I am having the same problem
as the first set and that I wanted a refund. They offered me in their words, a much better set of hearing aids that is digital not analog and would eliminate the screeching noise completely. The new set would only cost me an additional $100.00.
I should have not trusted them as the pair of "digital" hearing aids looked exactly like the two sets they previously sent me which did not work. When I tried the digital set, the screeching noise was there, but not as pronounced as the other two sets. I called Nano customer service again and returned all three sets, which they made me pay for. A week later I called to find out the status of my refund, they said that
there were not going to give me my refund because one hearing aids was missing from the pair.
I was shocked, I made sure that each hearing aid holder contained
two hearing aids. I complained to no end, so they asked me if I took a picture to prove that. I said no, why would I want to keep one of two hearing aids that did not work.
They said that they were not going to give me a refund. It has now been 4 months.
