Bottom line, one agent agreed to take a return back w/o a restocking fee, and the alleged supervisor refused it, once I had the part sent back.....so they sent back to me. When talking with them, they told me too bad, they don't take returns that way and HUNG UP on me.....hard to believe they are still in business. I tell everyone/all my buddies to drop them - and they are. Too many other great places

Preferred solution: accept my part back with cash refund and refund of my shipping costs to return to them (since I had agreement they would accept wo restocking charges
