BrandsMart USA - Worsted customer service and stock

I bought a refrigerator and a dryer at Atlanta store 2 weeks ago. I scheduled the delivery today (07/24/2021) I received a texted message yesterday and later a received a call from the clerk who sold me. She told me the dryer wasnt in stock. And maybe can be delivered in 1 or 2 months. The refrigerator was supposed to be delivery from 4:30pm - 8:30pm. I called at 8:15pm to customer service many times to check what time they will delivery, they said it is not delivery anymore today. This will rescheduled to Wednesday, detail I asked to be delivered only Saturday because I work. They rescheduled for Wednesday. I decided to asked a full refund

First American Home Warranty - Horrible assistance

the air conditioner is not working properly, making a request to see the air conditioner and the company hired to assist me was South Atlanta Heating and Air, LLC. The technician came for the first time and charged me to clean the system from outside, I asked again because he continued with the same problem and the same technician came and said he had forgotten to clean the system from inside the apartment. He said he would schedule a visit again to clean the air conditioner inside the apartment and charged me again for cleaning. I called First Warrant again and complained that to report that I still have the same problem and was informed that another company would be sent, but would have to pay again to have the second opinion. and if it was the air conditioner dirt problem they would send a report to the first company requesting the air conditioning system clean again. The second technician from another company came in, and told me that he thinks the problem was that a piece of air conditioning would have to be changed, but that he would first have to send a report to the first warrant in order for the company to authorize the replacement. of the piece. After a week without a return I contacted First Warrant and the clerk said he would contact Elite Heating and Air Conditioning Inc as they had not sent the report yet, so he suggested contacting me after 3 business days. Today after 2 weeks of the technician's visit and after the 3 working days I saw online that the case was concluded. I called customer service and was asked to call the claim resulution department and was informed that the technician reported that the air conditioner was dirty and in this case is on my own and that I was to look for a technician on my own. But that was not what the Elite Heating and Air Conditioning Inc technician had informed me. So, after months and spent almost $500 with my ar condition problem the First Warrant said to me that I have to hire another company to check my ar condition because they can’t help with this problem.
