Pershing - Awful

Long hold time to speak to a rep. The rep refused to give me any information on my account. They somehow have control on my account.

User's recommendation: Stay away.

I am not able to access my account. I tried several times online. When I called them, they did not help me... referring me to my advisor who is referring to Pershing.

I have tried to access my account, and am not able to. I called them and they kept referring me back to my advisor, who I had already contacted.

Pershing - Unable to access my account

They have my investments, but when I go to contact them, they refer to my advisor. But I am having problems with my advisor - that is why I am trying to go to them. In the end, I have no control over my investments.

Pershing - No control over my account

This company sends me mail I do not wish to receive. I contacted them and they just refer me to my financial advisor. I have a hard time getting through to my advisor on the important things, so little things like this will never get seen to. The upshot is - I have no control over my account.

Consumer Cellular - Awful company

Awful customer support. My phone does not work and has not worked well for a while. They have had me change sim cards back and forth, I have spent hours with them on the phone, and the phone simply does not work. Even though they are cheap, they are not worth it. Go elsewhere.

Consumer Cellular - I keep missing calls

I keep missing calls. I've called and their customer service is infuriating. Time consuming, without resolution. First they told me they couldn't help me without my calling on another phone (who has 2 phones these days?). Then they want me to switch sim cards - which I've done before, at their request. When I told them the address I wanted it shipped to, they argued with me, saying that wasn't the address on record (duh, they think I don't know that?). This used to be a good company, but then it got big. They are cheap, but is it worth the aggravation?

Consumer Cellular - Incompetent

I have lost much time in the last days dealing with this company. It is not the first time, but it is the worst. In this case, they suggested I change sim cards in order to deal with some issue. I did so. But the new sim card did not work. I have now spent many many hours trying to get back to the situation I had before, which was better. This includes 3 trips in vain to Target to get new sim cards, including one with an appointment which didn't work because they could not verify me, even though I gave my license, last four of my social, etc. Basically, CC is not competent, despite what you may read. I don't recommend them.

The care there seems ok. But the buareaucracy is truly horrible. Whether it be trying to get my records, paying for my bill, or just knowing whether or not I am covered, it has always been a problem. I have lost a lot of time and energy dealing with them. They don't...

It goes much deeper Kaiser has been committing Medicare Fraud on millions of Kaiser Members that I have had to deal with since January 2012 to this day January 30 2017 they also have inside help from the very agencies that are suppose to protect us their GOOD BUDDIES the OCR HHS & DMHC in SF CA & SAC CA I HAVE FOUR BILLING ACCOUNTS I M ONE PERSON I M GOING TO PUT ALL INVOLVED WITH WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED & CONTINUE & COLLECTED BEHIND BARS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFES
