Intralinks sucks!

This is a ridiculously poorly designed site, horrible customer service and they can't seem to get their *** together for anything. They make so many mistakes... One of the worst companies I've ever come across. If you have to take a training class to learn how to navigate a site, it is obvious people don't understand their site. It is also very slow to load. I don't want to waste time taking a class to understand what should be a simple concept of loading documents. They failed to send me a login after I passed the training class and then said that it would be "up to their discretion" when they would send.

I agree it totally.

The site sucks. the customer service sucks.

Do not use Intralinks product at all.

If you do, you are going to be screwed up.

This company must be gone.

It would be so much easier to get documents in the mail or as actual attachments in an email. As it is every time I logon I need to assign a new password, and they can't be simple ones.

Then there are so many folders you have to click through to get to the documents you need to save and/or print out. Then if you have more than one company, it's even more clicking.
