Universal Hyundai

My New Toyota Corolla was rear ended and totaled, therefore I had to purchase another car. Since the tsunami just happened I decided to go with a Korean car. I told the dealer that my number one requirement was I wanted excellent gas mileage, they talked me out of a hybrid and said the Hyundai elantra was the best non hybrid car on gas mileage available. I purchased a very beautiful and expensive elantra limited. I have had it now for 8 months almost 11000 miles and it has not once gave me as good of gas mileage as my corolla! Plus I lost a remote key they are $300 to replace. They said the mileage should be 40mpg highway 29 city. I drive mostly highway and get 28 to 29mpg. My Corolla consistently got 32.3 mpg. I am stuck with the high payments and low gas mileage. Very unhappy! Oh and the dealers say well the mileage is never consistent try different gas stations (I had) and use higher octane ( I had). No help

Actually the Corolla was very pretty

At least you no longer have to drive that ugly boring corolla.

Losing the smart key is your own fault. It's also your fault for not shopping around for it.
