Motorsport Monster - Poor customer service when i needed an exchange
recived my parts in crumbled up boxes. broken parts and wrong parts. asked for an exchange and had to go online and fill out a rga form instead of taking care of it right then over the phone. waited 2 days and nothing. wrote 2 emails still nothing. finaly after a week i got ahold of adam which told me to send back the two boxes and he would send the corect stuff unbroken. however i paid for the return shiping. this is no way to run a buisness. i will never by from them again.. i purchased over 1200 dollars worth of stuff. he even told me that he would be nice and waive the restocking fee. im thinking for what, i wanted an exchange they sent me the wrong part.
