sent to Kansas a transmission customer needed . rate was right until they said undeliverable no answer. they operate a 50 employee business m f . to redeliver they wanted more money ???? what a scam If they showed up to deliver what time or what day. now my customer thinks were not reputable company. its hard enough ti find customers this freight broker wouldn't fight for us with the carrier, they really valued our business, We called a second time different shipment they agreed to a rate and then reneged . the salesperson called the following morning to see if we had any questions, she new they screwed up
