RushCard - Replacement card

Card was due to expire i called asked about a new card .To find out they never changed addresse said was sent to old address .O called prior to change addresse ..As a tho g also told me i had ro pay 5$for a replacement. BEEN WITH simce 2009...Then said 7-10 days as roday never reviewed and they seem to dont care some people have.bills i asked several times is there any ways to unblock the card being i wasny told it was gonna be blocked. ..a electric bill was due and as of Thursday my elec been disconnected until i can pay from my card.Im discuss with them soon as i get my carf i will go elsewere..i was a loyal customer but i no longer will support them ..screw rushcard as they screwed me ..
